Lead Without Losing Yourself

THE PROBLEM

You got here because you're good. Really good. And somewhere along the way, the job turned into something else. Now you're the one everybody comes to with the hard news, the reorg rumors, the "can you just take this one too." You say yes, because that's what got you here.

Here's what I want you to hear: you're not falling behind. You're carrying too much. Six in ten senior women say they're burned out most of the time, more than ever recorded. That's not a you problem. That's a load problem, and nobody's going to take it off your plate but you.

I've been in your seat for 30 years. I've led teams through layoffs, been handed the mess nobody else wanted, and said yes when I should've said no. I'm not bringing you a pep talk. I'm bringing you the words I wish someone had given me, and a room full of women who'll make sure you use them.

THE SESSIONS

Still Standing: Leading Through Uncertainty and Change

AI is changing the work. Targets move before the quarter's even over. Nobody can tell you what next year looks like. Your team is looking at you for answers you don't have yet, and honestly, you're not always sure where you stand either. Let's talk about how you lead anyway.

  • What to say to your team when you don't know yet (and why going quiet is the worst move)

  • How to talk about AI without the corporate spin

  • How to spot the glass cliff before you step off it

  • How to stop taking everybody's anxiety home with you

Running on Empty: Burnout, Saying No, and Making Room

I'll say it plainly: you are not burned out because you can't handle it. You're burned out because you're handling everybody's stuff. We're going to find what isn't yours, give it back, and figure out what comes off your plate.

  • A gut-check on what you're really carrying

  • The exact words to say no to your boss, your peers, and your team, without it costing you

  • How to walk into your boss's office and decide together what waits

  • Why taking care of yourself is how you build your bench, not how you lose the promotion

Who's in Your Corner? Building the Circle That Has Your Back

Right after lunch, we get out of our seats. You'll map who's really in your corner, notice who's missing, and practice your big ask out loud with the women around you. Yes, out loud. You'll thank me later.

  • A one-page map of who's got your back, and the empty seats to fill

  • Three new women in your corner before you walk out the door

  • One hard ask, practiced and ready for Monday

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • All three sessions, with real time to talk it through and practice, not just sit and listen

  • Lunch

  • A swag bag I put together for you

  • A private 1:1 with me. You'll book it before you leave, and we'll sit down in the weeks after to work on your situation.

  • A room of 25 women, max. Small on purpose.

meet elisa

I've spent 30 years running sales teams, first as an operator and then as a VP of Sales at Fortune 500 and growth-stage companies. Early on, I worked for some managers who showed me exactly what not to do. I spent the rest of my career trying to be the leader I needed back then.

Along the way, I started a women-in-sales group at my company because I was tired of watching talented women burn out quietly or walk away. That group is how Her Revenue started. Today I help companies build revenue teams that work, and I help the women leading them with what no one includes in the job description.
