About Her Revenue
This work is personal. It always has been.
I didn’t set out to build a company. I set out to build a career — and spent 30 years doing exactly that inside some of the most demanding revenue organizations in the country.
I started where most people start. Learning the craft of sales, figuring out how to carry a number, and quietly watching how the best leaders operated. Over time I moved up — into management, into director roles, and eventually into the VP of Sales seat at Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage startups scaling toward their next chapter. I built teams, fixed broken revenue organizations, partnered with founders and executive leadership to create the kind of repeatable, scalable revenue systems that actually hold up when a company is moving fast and the pressure is real.
I loved that work. I still do.
But two things I saw again and again never stopped bothering me.
The first was how many growth-stage companies hit a wall — not because the market wasn’t there, but because their revenue organization wasn’t built to scale with them. The structure broke. The sequencing was off. The right people were in the wrong seats, or the right seats didn’t exist yet. These weren’t strategy failures. They were operator failures — and they were almost always fixable with the right experience in the room.
The second was harder to name but impossible to ignore. Talented women in revenue — women who were outperforming everyone around them — kept getting overlooked, underdeveloped, and underestimated. They were waiting to feel ready. They were playing by rules that weren’t designed for them. They were doing everything right and still not moving forward. And almost no one was giving them the real, honest, operator-level support they needed to change that.
Her Revenue was built to address both.
Through the Built to Lead and The Real Work of Leadership programs, I work directly with women in revenue — the high performers who want to lead and the newly promoted leaders navigating their first months in the seat. These aren’t courses built from a curriculum. They are live, founder-led programs built from 30 years of doing this work inside real organizations, under real pressure, with real stakes.
Through revenue advisory, I partner with Series A and B companies to audit and redesign the revenue organizations that are underperforming relative to their potential. I bring operator pattern recognition — not consulting theory — to the specific problems your company is facing right now.
And through executive coaching, I work privately with revenue leaders who are performing but need a real thought partner to help them operate at the next level.
What makes this different is simple. I have been in every seat I’m coaching from. The frameworks I teach, the questions I ask, and the advice I give come directly from 30 years of lived experience — not a certification program, not a book, and not someone else’s playbook.
Her Revenue exists because that kind of experience shouldn’t be this hard to access. Whether you’re a woman building your path to leadership or a growth-stage company trying to get your revenue organization right — you deserve someone in your corner who has actually done this work.
I’m glad you’re here.
