I spent 30 years inside revenue organizations — carrying quotas, building teams, and learning what actually separates companies that scale from ones that stall. I’ve sat in every seat: first rep, sales leader, VP of Sales, and strategic advisor. What I built along the way wasn’t a methodology. It was hard-won clarity about what works, what doesn’t, and what women in revenue are almost never given access to.
